  1. PRODUCTS

Panda Color Print offers custom-made printed clothing and personalized products produced on demand.

Because all products are made individually for each customer:

  • Slight variations in print placement, colors, and sizing may occur

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and printing processes

  • Minor differences are considered normal and are not considered defects

  1. ORDER PROCESS

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All provided information is accurate

  • You have reviewed product details and sizing information carefully

  • You accept these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion.

  1. PRICING AND VAT

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT.

For EU orders, VAT is applied according to applicable European Union regulations.

Prices and shipping costs may change without prior notice.

  1. PAYMENT

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers, including:

  • PayPal

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Other payment methods displayed during checkout

Full payment is required before production begins.

  1. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

All products are made to order.

Estimated production time:
1–3 business days

Estimated shipping times:

  • Cyprus: 3–5 business days

  • European Union: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on shipping carriers, customs processing, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

  1. SHIPPING

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect customer information

  • Customs delays or import procedures outside Cyprus

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU consumer protection laws, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized items

  • Products produced specifically for the customer

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is exempt from the standard withdrawal right under applicable EU regulations.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong product was sent due to our error

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Production may begin shortly after the order is placed.

Once production has started:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Orders cannot be modified

  • Refunds are no longer possible

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, designs, graphics, logos, product images, and text are the intellectual property of Panda Color Print.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Panda Color Print shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays outside our reasonable control

  • Minor variations in products

  • Losses resulting from misuse of products or website content

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the order.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
