  1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products are custom-made and produced on demand specifically for each customer.

Estimated production time:
1–3 business days

Production times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high demand.

  1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the European Union.

Available shipping regions and delivery options may change without prior notice.

  1. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Cyprus: 3–5 business days

  • European Union: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Courier service

  • Customs processing

  • Local postal services

  • Seasonal demand

  • Weather or force majeure events

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Shipping method

  • Order value

Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

  • Correct delivery address

Panda Color Print is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries caused by incomplete information

  • Additional shipping costs resulting from customer errors

  1. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs inspections or local regulations

  • High seasonal demand

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

  1. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damaged packaging or products (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution if applicable.

Panda Color Print is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

  1. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

For orders shipped outside Cyprus, local customs procedures or import charges may apply depending on destination country regulations.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
